Micro hole drilling processing service CNC drilling machine Metal processing
Micro Hole Drilling is becoming more and more important as a common basic technique supporting today’s Advanced Industry. Drilling of deep small diameter holes is especially difficult and therefore most designers tend to be afraid to specify micro holes in their drawings, believing that such drilling would be impossible.
Drilling operations are the most common process among machining operations, and it is said that this process occupies one third of the entire machining processes.
Recently, machining problems have focused on increasing hard-to-cut materials and more precise products. Light weight, thin, short and small size work pieces require drilling of very small diameter holes.
Until today, many of our products fabricated through micro hole machining operations have been used in advanced industries such as for aircraft, medical equipment, biotechnical equipment, industrial robots, textile machines, nuclear power plants, precise metal dies, machine tools, specialized hydraulic nozzles for painting or other use, optical communication equipment and so on.

Here are pictures for Dainich’s sophisticated micro hole drilling technology.
You need a magnifying glass to see a hole with a diameter of only 0.02 mm.
Holes of 0.1 mm diameter are available for depths up to 1 mm. Holes of 32 mm diameter are available for depths up to 2,000 mm.
Example of drilling operation
Material: Aluminum, Copper, Brass, Casting, Iron, Stainless steel etc.
Other fabrication process are also available by us such as Laser Machining and Electric Discharge Machining.
Other materials and processing are available
Microfabrication is available for any materials, such as iron, brass, copper, casting and even for titanium and stainless steel – extremely-difficult materials for processing. We will do our best to meet your expectations for accomplishing any seemingly-impossible tasks. Through collaboration with our subcontract factories, we also manage other processing such as sheet metal processing, welding, surface finishing, heat treatment and some assembly.
